The house is Victorian and home to 19 residents aged between 20 and 67.


The house is home to 19 residents. Eight live in the ground floor extension; four live in “minimal care” rooms on the second floor and the remaining seven on the first floor.
Each resident has a personal care plan that also includes an activity schedule agreed with the resident covering anything from Art, Pottery, Media Studies, Horse Riding, Swimming, to Special Olympics. There are also many opportunities for residents to team up with others sharing similar interests.
The grounds include one of the Day Centres operated by the Fifth Trust and which provides a range of activities for the residents including the Nursery growing shrubs and plants for the Garden Centre at the Vineyard and the Local Food allotment area.
